1. About this app

The Tiny Council ("the app") is a free, offline mobile application that helps users decide between options with the help of three pixel-art dog characters. The app is published by EternalHobbyHopper ("we," "us," "our") and is available on the Google Play Store.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does — and does not — handle. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we do not collect

The Tiny Council is designed to function entirely on your device. We do not collect any of the following:

• Personal information — no name, email, phone number, or address.
• Account data — the app does not require an account or sign-in.
• Usage analytics — we do not track how you use the app.
• Device identifiers — we do not collect advertising IDs, device IDs, or hardware information.
• Location data — the app does not request or use location.
• Contacts, photos, or other device content — the app does not access these.
• Crash reports or telemetry — we do not receive automatic error reports.

3. Information stored on your device

The app stores certain data locally on your device using Android's standard storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. Locally stored data includes:

• Your list of decision options (e.g., "Pizza, Sushi, Burgers")
• Recent verdicts (the most recent decisions made by the app)
• Your app settings (sound on/off, haptic feedback on/off, selected theme)

You can clear this data at any time by:

• Using the "Clear All" feature within the app, or
• Uninstalling the app, which removes all locally stored data.

4. Permissions the app requests

The Tiny Council requests minimal permissions:

• Vibration — used for optional haptic feedback when a verdict is delivered. You can disable this in app settings.

The app does not request internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or any other sensitive permissions.

5. Network access

The Tiny Council is fully offline. It does not require an internet connection to function and does not transmit any data over the internet.

6. Third-party services

The Tiny Council does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media SDKs.

The app is distributed through the Google Play Store, which has its own privacy practices outlined in Google's Privacy Policy. We have no control over Google's data practices.

7. Children's privacy

The Tiny Council is suitable for all ages. Because the app does not collect any personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by virtue of collecting no data at all.

8. Data security

Because we do not collect or transmit any data, there is no data on our servers to secure. Locally stored data is protected by your device's standard security features (lock screen, encryption, etc.).

9. In-app purchases

The Tiny Council offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases. Apple’s App Store and Google Play Billing process all payments — we never see your payment information. We use RevenueCat to verify and restore purchases; RevenueCat receives only an anonymous identifier and your purchase records (no name, email, or payment data). 10. Original concept, work and characters

Gusto, Lumie, and Clay, and unlockable dog characters are original characters created for The Tiny Council. All character concepts, designs, personalities, and lore, and accompanying text are the original work of EternalHobbyHopper.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
